Shaping up

so I thought this week was going to shape up to a better week then last.  But it is not! Yesterday was horrible- I burnt my finger making lunch. Pans out of the oven are HOT!

After I did that things just went south and fast. Ben got upset with me at the grocery store and took off. After looking for him on my own and not finding him. The grocery store started to help me look for him. We finally found him and we left. Then his am at 6am I wake to the hallway light on..I find Ben digging in his jacket. I ask him what he is doing and he tells me getting candy. I guess when he took of at the grocery store last night he went to the bulk candy bins and filled his jacket pocket with candy! OMG, right? It has been a really quiet day and will continue to be quiet the rest of the week. NO TV!

Well I have been working on a few things nothing I can show right now but I will give you a hint at my shape for the GPP Street Team challenge this month.

  1. OMG Ben is a klepto! Smart kid filling his pockets in case he was lost for awhile! The shape looks interesting. Are they boxes? Sounds like you had a rough night. Owie on the finger. I hate burns. Love you XXOO – the dead jellyfish!

  2. WOW! You need a calgon bath to take you away!! You poor thing and your poor finger. I hope you have a better rest of the week! (((((Hugs)))))

  3. Yikes! You can’t say you lead a boring life! Life lessons, every day! Mmmm, I can’t wait to see what you’re making…. crafting is such a stress reliever!

    better days :0)

  4. Crafting with a burnt finger! Interesting shapes, wonder what it’s going to be.
I guess it’s never boring with the boys around 🙂

  5. oh my gosh…sounds like your Ben and my Henry would be fast friends;) Hope your week gets better!! :):) xox..jenn

  6. My sister lifted some candy when we were kids and my mom made me return it to the store because I was older and should have known better. Just don’t do that and you’ll be ok. It was mortifying. I hope your week gets way better quick. You really do deserve a much better day tomorrow.

  7. Oh no, naughty Ben. I think it’s going around. We don’t have enough “thinking chairs” at work to accomidate all the children who need to do some “thinking”.

  8. My poor friend, I’m so sorry that you are troubled with woes. Hoping the days are brighter ahead!!

    Hugs,

    Beth
