Hello! Happy Thursday! I thought,  I would show you the piece I made yesterday during our Art play date! This is made on an 8 x 10 inch wooden panel!

“Nested Happiness”

I also made this background 8 x 10 inches using up some of the extra paints! Not sure what I will end up putting on it????

Here is the the 12 x 12 inch panel in Stage 3

As you can see,  I change the house from Stage 2.  I am hoping to finish this up later today but the boys and I have a little road trip planned for today since it is spring break and all! Doesn’t feel like spring today with it only being 21 degrees! Gotta Love Wisconsin weather!

Hi! I'm Kim...my friends call me K, Nan, Nan K or Kimmer. I have been doing art for as long as I can remember. I even stayed an extra year in high school to stay and play in the art room with my favorite Art teacher, Mrs. Belling. Mixed media is something I am really loving to play with but then I enjoy doing anything art related. I am still search for my niche in art. Hopefully someday I will find it! Maybe it will find me!

  2. Gosh. Everytime I see one of your finished pieces of art I think, “this one is my favourite” but then you go do it again and it’s like, “that’s my favourite.” You rock my world. I LOVE both of your backgrounds. You really have a nac for creating colourful layers. I’m so proud of you.
