Flamework

A Family Affair

This weekend, I continued to practice making beads.  I am learning so many things and  am having so much fun. Here  is my work of the weekend.

Then I wanted to try a heart. This learning is fun stuff!

Mr. Hutch was off all weekend and he wanted in on the torch action.  He watched me and watched the video on bead making.

Here are the beads he made:

I really loved that he played in the studio with me 🙂 I can’t wait to make something with some of these beads!

Hope you all had a great weekend! I woke to snow 😦 Thanks for stopping in!

Hugs,

  1. How fun! Cannot wait to see how you use them ! OH NO on the snow! ugh.

  2. Your beads are gorgeous. I too will love to see what you make from them.

  3. These are totally awesome kim! They look like the beads I have in a few of my bracelets from my beader friend in Racine… she works at Funky Hannah’s in downtown Racine. This is such a cool thing you are doing. Show more!

  4. I love the look of theses…I saw some killer beads in Martha Stewart living the other day that were lined with metal. (It was an advertisement..I don’t have the mag with me today.) The combination is S.T.U.N.N.I.N.G.. if i could make those, I would get a torch immediately. 🙂

  5. Oh my, Kim and Mr. Ink, you outdid yourselves. What beautiful beads. You two rock the beading world!
