It’s time again for Lori Anderson’s Bead Soup Blog Party. This is the 7th party and my reveal date is April 6th.
So, let’s get this PARTY started! I was paired up with Kat Douglas. Kat and I have a lot in common, it has been fun to get to know Kat better. She has a GORGEOUS horse named Tru and is a dabbler with many talents.
Here is some of Kat’s work, she is so talented:
All photos from Kat’s blog: Washoe Kat’s Look at those amazing gloves! WOW, just gorgeous!
Next, let me show you the “soup” Kat sent me to work with. Holy smokes did she spoil me. Plus she wrapped it all up in a sweet green scarf (which I forgot to take a photos of, ugh)
Oh man, I was so excited I got started right away. I think that is a first with me. Then I got an email from Kat saying- YIKES, I forgot to send you some stuff, another envelope coming your way!
As you can image, I am blown away with all this scrumptious “soup mix”. The colors, the variety of beads, the awesome cat pendant, and the silk! Be still my heart! Thank you so much, Kat! I hope, you love what I make!
NOW, do you want to see what I sent off to Kat? Here it is!
Oh you wanted to see inside…
The pottery pendant is from fired and fused. Sheree is right here in my hometown! LOVE that! I hope Kat enjoys working with this “soup mix”
Thanks for stopping in to check out my blog today! Have an excellent weekend!
Hugs,
Thanks K for the kind words and the lovely soup – how did you know I love jewel tones?
Wow, Kat’s work is really amazing. Those gloves are really cool. Both soup mixes are yummy.
