Yesterday, Tracey and I went to the Bead and Button Show in Milwaukee. Our local bead shop Meant to Bead did a bus trip. So, all we had to do was get on the bus and relax. It was so nice to get dropped off at the door and picked out at the door. Especially after walking the floor for hours and hours.
Before, I left to go to the show I did looked at all the vendors. I had two that I really wanted to check out since I read their blogs and facebook post all the time. I want to say I have been disappointed after meeting some people that I have LOVED from their blogs/facebook. Since they were nothing like how they seem on their blogs/facebook. I am so happy to say that neither one of these people disappointed me.
So, First person I wanted to Visit was Heather Powers of Humbled Beads. She was super duper sweet and kind. I really enjoyed chatting with her. Of course, I had to pick up a few beads from her 🙂
Next booth I had to visit was Green Girl Studio– the guys and one girl working the booth were just awesome! So friendly and helpful! Super duper cool display! I picked up a few beads from them.
Then I needed size 15 seed beads-
Peanut beads next on the list
Then I picked up some new thread and needles
next up some fun beads
How about a sample form TOHO beads, Yes, Please!
Last. I picked up some bobbins
Bead and button was a blast. I could have spent a lot more money, but I was a good girl 🙂
Thanks for checking out my trip to Bead & Button.
Hugs,
It was a good time. Money sure goes fast. I think you got a lot for your money though. The bus was a good way to go. Love you!
