Today we are getting our first snow- it is really just a sneeze of snow but it makes me happy! I am a Wisconsin girl though an though, I need my snow in the winter!
So, I thought it would be a good day to post some of Christmas ornaments I have been making.
This is on paper mache. I used watercolors, acrylics, glitter, and gloss poly
Stamped on wood, burn and colored with watercolors. Sealed with poly
These I made with the boys. I got this mold while in the Mad City at a scrap and stamp show. We did cinnamon molds! Gosh they smell good! SMILE!
Just had to share this photo of my little boy in the dryer- he is just a silly kitten!
Do you make Christmas ornaments???? It is one of our favorite December activities! SMILE!
Thanks for stopping in! Your comments melt my heart!
Hugs,
You make the most awesome projects! I think the snowman is my favorite, and I love the first one (which of course, is a snowman!) The kitty pic was too funny! It must have been toasty warm in there for her! Merry Christmas!
I don’t make ornaments…but your post here is very inspiring!
I love love love love those ornaments 🙂
YES, of course I make hanging ornaments…and love each year when I open the ones we exchanged in the Shack’s handmade ornie swap! K-Thanks for sharing your art too! LOVE the ones for 2010!
What cute ornaments and how special that you have your homemade work on your tree. You always rock with your artwork. Keep it up GF.
Seems late for your first snow. Love the ornaments, K. I haven’t made any this year, but did enjoy hanging all the handmade ones from years past on the tree. Beautiful work all around. Love that you made cinnamon ornies with the boys, creating memories is a great thing.
Kimmie these are just too cute Gf and I love the shot of your kitty in the dryer great picture.
Hugs
